part a — refund policy
1. our satisfaction guarantee
at dreampatch, we stand behind every patch we sell. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
we are committed to your satisfaction because we genuinely believe in our product. we make the refund process simple — no lengthy questionnaires, no hassle.
2. refund eligibility
you are eligible for a refund if:
- you request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- you have tried the patches for at least 7 nights and have not experienced the desired results.
- your product was delivered damaged or defective.
- you received the wrong item.
refunds are not available for:
- requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- products that have been used completely (empty packaging with no patches remaining).
- purchases made through unauthorised third-party resellers.
3. how to request a refund
- email us at info@nightcalm.co with the subject line "refund request — [order number]".
- briefly describe your experience and the reason for your request.
- include your order number and email address used for purchase.
- we will review and respond within 2 business days.
- approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
you do not need to return the product unless we specifically request it. in most cases, there is no need to ship anything back.
4. exchanges
if you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no charge. please email us with a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number.
5. partial refunds
in certain circumstances (e.g. partially used multi-packs), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. we will always communicate clearly about the refund amount before processing.
6. subscription orders
you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. charges for orders already processed are non-refundable unless the 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies.
part b — shipping policy
7. processing times
all orders are processed within 1–2 business days (monday–friday, excluding public holidays). orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

9. free shipping
we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $39. this threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied, but before taxes.
10. order tracking
once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. you can track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking portal. if you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at info@nightcalm.co
11. international shipping
we ship worldwide. please be aware:
- international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- delivery times for international orders are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
- we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
- some countries may restrict import of certain supplement products. please verify your local regulations before ordering.
12. lost or delayed packages
if your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@nightcalm.co. we will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at your choice.
13. incorrect address
please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. if you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — we may be able to update it before dispatch.
